Over the past few months we have been interviewing people for our team here at Lifeview Financial/HollisWealth. We are pleased to now welcome Sarah and Leanne. They have been working with us for just over a month now. Sarah and Leanne both bring industry experience, professionalism and enthusiasm for their new roles. We look forward to introducing them to our clients as we know you will make them feel welcome!
One of their first tasks was to write ‘blurbs’ about themselves. What follows are their descriptions of themselves and what qualities they feel they bring to our team:
Leanne wrote, "My work life started over 20 years ago as an assistant in a large brokerage firm. After moving to Toronto, I held various positions at a large mutual fund company, including client services, sales assistant and marketing coordinator. Looking for a new opportunity, I entered the "not for profit" industry where I worked with both the Canadian Olympic Association and The Sunnybrook Foundation.
I was fortunate to have had the chance to stay home and raise my children, ages 10 & 12, for the past 10 years. As they have grown, I wanted a new challenge outside of the house. The Lifeview team was just what I was looking for with their core family values, and high quality of service they provide to all clients. Our children keep us very busy as they are both involved in competitive sports. Both my husband and I love to watch them compete and excel at their chosen sports. In my free time I enjoy, shopping, reading, vacationing with my family running marathons and looking after our rescued dogs."
Sarah wrote, "I am a fully licensed administrative assistant that has been in the financial service industry for over 15 years. I enjoy working independently as well as in a team environment. I have a passion for being detail oriented and being able to meet deadlines. I enjoy dealing with clients and ensuring they are satisfied because their success is our success.
I was born in the Philippines and came to Canada with my parents and brother when I was 2 years old. My parents taught me to work hard in life but always take the time to enjoy your accomplishments and be thankful for what you have in life. Therefore, when time permits, I love to travel with my family and experience different cultures and cuisines from around the world. We have loved our travels through Asia and the Caribbean, but we also enjoy our frequent visits to Disney World. I love spending time with my son and husband, watching movies together, taking part in recreational activities and being involved in charities that our close to my heart."
Kim and the three of us welcome Leanne and Sarah to our team and look forward to working with them in the years ahead.
