We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, client centric individual to join our Lifeview Financial team at our Markham Office. Ideally, you would have some related post secondary education and at least 3 years experience in the financial services industry. It is important that you be a highly effective communicator who is focused on providing ongoing exceptional service to our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary duties of this position (although not limited to) are as follows:
Client service & support – fielding client calls and emails to determine action, responding back to clients with solutions, support for meeting preparation process, research & follow up on client actions, front end intake and tracking of income taxes during tax season.
Reception coverage – backup coverage as required (vacation/sick day coverage) – primary coverage during our tax season (mid-March to the end of April) – answering all incoming calls in a timely, professional manner – managing calls as appropriate, forwarding to others when necessary and taking message if/when required
Detailed documentation of all client contact – in CRM (Maximizer) or cloud storage system (One Drive) Electronic filing and maintenance of client files on cloud storage system. Maintain comprehensive communication records using a contact management system including email capture, notes, call history, tasks, FORM profiles, etc.
Support of client with our technology – i.e. Client Portal set up, E-sign process & TEAMS meeting set-up
Proactively communicate with clients on all matters – ‘we call them before they call us’.
Orchestrate the specific delivery of the client service processes.
Learn additional applicable software including UNIVERIS
Problem resolution with various companies when required.
Additional secondary duties as required.
